Prior to joining Golden Age Capital, Theocharis was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in the Athens office. During his time there, he worked on various client engagements, including major private equity funds, Greek banks, shipping companies, energy and materials companies, and tech firms, advising them on strategic and operational matters.
