Prior to joining Golden Age Capital, Evgenia was an Assistant Vice President at Barclays, where she spent five years across the London and New York offices, most recently within the Fixed Income Financing trading team. In this role, she focused on product and platform strategy, partnering with front-office, technology, and control functions to deliver initiatives aimed at improving capital efficiency, platform scalability, and client outcomes across financing products.
