About
Prior to returning to Greece to join Golden Age Capital, Nikolas was a Senior Director at EY-Parthenon’s Private Equity Business Services and Industrial practice in New York and Boston. He co-led the building products and services vertical, with a particular focus on supporting mid- and large-cap private equity funds in buy-and-build and roll-up strategies.
Over his 7-year tenure with Parthenon, he advised on more than 80 transactions, covering commercial evaluation of platform and add-on acquisition targets, PortCo value creation initiatives, and market positioning & commercial preparation for exits.
Earlier in his career, Nikolas served as a Project Director and Head of Operations at MIC S.A. in Athens, where he worked with 25+ Greek SMEs in the agribusiness, food processing, and industrial sectors. His work centered on helping these companies modernize operations and capture new markets (e.g., GCC, Europe), experiencing firsthand both the challenges and the potential of Greek family-owned businesses.
